Privacy note

This note explains what jam21.digital collects, and how the discovery form is used.

Last updated 13 October 2026. Gary Hili, trading as JAM 21.

Who we are

JAM 21 is the name Gary Hili trades under. This website is jam21.digital. Questions about this note can be sent through the contact page, or via the details published on garyhili.com (opens in a new tab).

The discovery form

The form asks for your name, email, company and a description of what is not working. When you send it, those details are emailed to JAM 21 through Resend, the service that delivers the message. We use them only to reply and to prepare for a conversation you asked for. We will not sell them or add you to a mailing list. We will keep them only as long as that conversation, and any work that follows, needs them.

Cookies and server logs

This site sets no cookie until you allow analytics. Which cookies those are, and how to change your choice, is in the cookie policy. The host that serves the pages may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, as part of running the site.

Your choices

You can close the form without sending anything. You can ask what we hold and ask us to delete it if we have no reason left to keep it.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how long people stay, and whether the discovery form is started and sent. The words in the form are not included. Details are in the cookie policy.
