Your spreadsheet got you this far. Here is the next step.

We build simple internal tools, customer portals and live dashboards around how your business already works, so everyone sees the same up to date picture.

When the spreadsheet becomes the system

There is a master sheet that only one person really understands. Copies get emailed back and forth and nobody is sure which is current. Customers ring for an update you have to go and dig out. The "dashboard" is someone copying numbers across every Friday.

The spreadsheet did its job. It just was not meant to run the whole business.

Start with the one screen that helps most

  1. What is working?

Often the spreadsheet itself. We keep the logic that works and build on it.

  2. What is not?

Version mix-ups, manual copying, information only one person can find.

  3. Where is the friction?

Usually where the team, the customer or the owner needs an answer and has to ask someone.

Then: we build the smallest useful first version, one screen, one report or one portal page. You use it, we adjust, and only then add the next piece. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we will say so before building anything custom.

The kind of tools that help

Illustrations of the kind of work, not client results.

  • A job tracker instead of a shared sheet.

The team sees each job's status, who is on it and what is next, on a phone or tablet.

  • A simple customer portal.

Customers check their order or project status and download documents themselves, instead of calling or emailing.

  • A live business dashboard.

Sales, bookings and open jobs on one screen, updated automatically from the tools you already use.
